I joined the Postal Service in 1993. I am currently serving as the Manager, Operations Programs Support for the Suncoast District.  In this capacity, I oversee Customer Service and Delivery operations and programs for the largest District in the nation.

An analytical leader priding myself in being organized, confident, and knowledgeable. Highly disciplined professional with an innate ability to identify logical solutions and implement them from the top-down. Skilled in business acumen and professional presentation, I aim to achieve at the highest levels providing over 7 years’ experience in the field of Operations Programs Support for the largest district per capita.

I have previously held positions as Manager, Delivery and Customer Service Programs, Manager, Customer Service, (a) Senior Manager, Distribution Operations, (a) Quality Specialist, and (a) Transportation Networks Specialist.  

I am a graduate of the ALP and MLP programs and also Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained.  Additionally, I attended the University of South Florida.
