tampa bay suncoast pcc logoThe Manasota PCC has joined forces with the Tampa Bay PCC forming the new Tampa Bay Suncoast PCC. We welcome all of the members of the Manasota PCC to the new Tampa Bay Suncoast PCC. By joining forces we are able to better serve the needs of mailers in Polk, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee and Sarasota counties.

The Tampa Bay Suncoast Postal Customer Council is a network of business mailers and representatives of the U.S. Postal Service®, who gather regularly to discuss and resolve local mailing issues as well as develop content-rich education programs. On both the national and local levels, Postal Customer Councils work to continually improve communications between the Postal Service™ and its customers by promoting an effective networking platform.

The Postal Customer Council™ (PCC®) was established in 1961 to improve communications between U.S. Postal Service customers and managers. The organization has grown increasingly more important since the 1970s, when business mailing issues became its primary focus.

Today, there are more than 200 local Postal Customer Councils with approximately 120,000 members across the nation. Regular meetings, educational programs, mailer clinics and seminars keep members abreast of the latest Postal Service developments. Members also work closely with local Post Office™ locations to make mail service more efficient, resulting in improved delivery and greater customer satisfaction.
